Designed for internal and external change practitioners
looking to access the resources in the CLR to use with their
clients and/or change teams within an organization. The
individual subscriber license allows the subscriber to print and
email access to almost all of the resources in the methodology—including

The Change Leader's Roadmap Organizational License
The organizational license makes sense if: 1) you have lots of change in your organization; 2) you see the wisdom of having a common change methodology across your enterprise; 3) you want to build change capability and skill in your people; 5) you see change execution as vital to your organization's long term success; and 6) you want to benefit from wide use of the CLR at significant cost savings.
The organizational license provides your entire organization with fast access and flexible use of the CLR. It enables you to embed a proven, consistent approach for planning and executing change initiatives enterprise-wide—substantially increasing internal change leadership capability and reducing your dependence on external expertise.
An organizational license provides everyone in your organization who can benefit a subscription to the CLR during the first year. After the first year, renewal fees are based solely on the number of actual individual users. This way, your organization only pays for the benefits it receives.
An organizational license includes consulting services to help develop your Rollout Strategy and design your internal Community of Practice, a half-day Executive Change Lab for your executive team on leveraging the CLR for maximum organizational success, and a conference call with your initial users to ensure their best use of the methodology on any given change effort.
