opportunity for input does not work to produce sustained
engagement and commitment. For each critical change task in your

Fourth, we address how stakeholders will be engaged during
all aspects of your change process. This means “upstream” during
planning, “mid-stream” during design, and “downstream”
throughout implementation. Most approaches make the mistake of
addressing engagement only during implementation, but by then,
your stakeholders will be resistant to your change because they
have been left out of it for far too long. We help you engage
