For most teams, we use the
Walk the Talk of Change program to set the bar of excellence high. This program is a powerful experience that radically increases the team member's ability to speak openly, listen, trust, support, communicate about what is real and essential, and hold each other accountable.
The program takes team members into a profound inquiry into the dynamics of Self Mastery, Effective Relationships, and Team Excellence. It is highly experiential, fun, and life changing for many.
Establishing Key Conditions and Skills for Team Success
This includes work in any or all of the following areas, as needed:
- Clear purpose, goals, and success measures
- Clear roles and responsibilities
- Clear decision-making roles, process, and style
- Communication and relationship skills
- Conflict resolution
- Mutual support
- Clear requests and the ability to negotiate them
- Clear commitments and the ability to deliver on them
- Shared accountability
- Great meeting management to ensure high productivity
Ongoing Follow-Up
The above work is begun in a two-day offsite, and is continued for a day each month for as long as required for the team to reach the level of performance to which it aspires. This level of follow-up ensures real development with sustained results.
