Dean's insight into personal transformation and the inner dynamics of high performing people, teams, and organizations began at an early age as a national champion swimmer. At 10 -years old, Dean broke the 100-yard freestyle record, and at 12-years old, he was the first to swim the 200-yard freestyle in under two minutes. This propelled Dean to his lifelong quest of developing methods for people to achieve their full potential.
After receiving both his bachelor's and master's degrees from Stanford University, Dean used his own high-performance methods to teach executives how to manage their internal states of consciousness to optimize their external performance.
