Our Promise
You will leave this program: (1) equipped to set up and navigate the most complex transformational changes successfully, (2) able to identify the right change tasks, and then design and implement them effectively, (3) able to handle the human dynamics of change, and (4) more connected to your Self, your work, and your life purpose than ever before.
Leading and consulting to transformation requires a significant level of personal and professional development. Old approaches do not suffice. New ways of being, seeing the world, relating, and working are essential. Successful change leaders and consultants must increase their awareness, evolve their behavior and style, and expand their change toolbox, methods, and practices.
4Sight provides you this needed development.

Develop the Four Sights
Mindset is key. Your worldview, values and beliefs determine what you perceive, and how you interpret and react to it. It influences your decision, actions
and results. Developing your mindset is an essential component of succeeding at transformation.
Your perspective is critical to developing your mindset. 4Sight strengthens in you four critical perspectives. Developing these perspectives helps create the foundation for exceptional change leadership and consulting. They are the basis of flawlessly applying
The Change Leader’s Roadmap Methodology to your change projects.
- Seeing Process: how actions and events unfold over time to impact each other and results. This includes how the past, present and future interact; how inputs and outputs relate; and how things develop over time and how to nurture that development.
- Seeing Systems: how parts interact to impact each other and the whole organization. This includes seeing connections, even distant ones; understanding how actions in one part of a system impact the other parts; and how parts of a system are actually whole systems themselves that require unique action and attention.
- Seeing Internal Dynamics: how the inner human dynamics of mindset, emotion and culture impact external results, and vice versa. This includes understanding that all circumstances have an “inner” component; that mindset impacts results individually, as well as organizationally and socially; and that worldview is always an essential factor in success and failure.
- Seeing Consciously: being mindful, consciously aware and present to whatever is occurring so you can see beyond the limitations of your own mindset and worldview. This includes operating from choice rather than falling into unconscious or habitual behaviors or worldviews; staying awake and aware during stressful situations; and being able to see what you would otherwise miss if you were not “awake” in the situation.
You will develop and apply these four perspectives throughout 4Sight so they become engrained in your way of perceiving yourself, people, organizations, and change.
Structure of the Program
4Sight is comprised of 4, four-day sessions over six months, with project application, personal coaching, webinars, reading, and cohort group learning conducted between sessions. Your personal coach and your participation in a small cohort group will deepen your assimilation and application of the material.
Each session builds on the previous ones, and catalyzes your learning from five integrated development tracks: (1) The Change Leader’s Roadmap Methodology and its application to your project, (2) organization dynamics and culture change, (3) team dynamics and project application, (4) relationship dynamics and interpersonal skills, and (5) personal change and self mastery.
You are expected to bring a live change project to the program on which to apply your learning. Your laboratories for learning will be this project, your own introspection and personal experience, your relationship with others in the program, the participant team dynamic itself, and of course, the classroom. We will explore real world application, theory, and concepts in depth, and apply all of it pragmatically to your change project to enhance your success as a change leader or consultant. This provides a true developmental process that will deliver deep integration of your insights and advanced method application for breakthrough results on the job.
