Overview
This curriculum gives consultants the expertise to successfully support their line leader clients to design and implement change strategy and process plans that integrate the organizational and technical aspects of transformation with the required human and cultural components. Consultants will graduate from this program being able to function successfully as the trusted advisor to the most complex of transformational efforts. They will possess a thorough understanding of people, including themselves, and the subtle nuances of the transformational change process. This curriculum delivers:
Self Mastery and Personal Growth
This curriculum assists consultants to deepen their self-awareness and self-knowledge to unleash their potential as a change consultant. It expands their mindsets and awareness to embrace the worldview required to develop change strategies that work. It attends to their emotional well-being, behavior patterns and consulting styles.
Interpersonal Skills and Relationship Competencies
This curriculum builds tremendous insight and skill about human dynamics, motivations and needs. It dives deeply into the underlying factors of effective relationships and provides significant development of "people" skills, including communications, partnering and resolving differences. It also teaches consultants how to contract with clients for the quality of partnership that transformational consulting requires.
Team Leadership Skills
The curriculum develops consultant’s team leadership skills as a natural by-product of their deepened self-knowledge and relationship skills. It clarifies the issues and success factors when there are multiple consultants or firms working on a long term engagement.
Mastering Conscious Consulting
The curriculum reveals how to handle the subtle challenges encountered in transformational change consulting, including how to sell transformational consulting services, contracting, and how to balance facilitating an emergent process with needing to provide the right answers.
Change Strategy Development
Consultants learn how to support their clients in designing effective change strategies for their unique application and needs.
Change Process Mastery
Consultants deepen their understanding of the process dynamics of transformation, and learn how to use the nine-phase Change Leader's Roadmap to increase the results their clients get from change.
Change Tools
Consultants will acquire an entire array of change application tools to support them through all of the activities and tasks of their change effort.
Real-Time Learning
Consultants will have ample opportunity to work on their own live cases, and to have their peers and the curriculum leaders help them solve their real-time change effort challenges. This will deepen their learning as well as improve the results of the change efforts they are consulting to.
On-Going Support
The curriculum leaders will be available for on-going support throughout the program to ensure that consultants learn how to effectively deal with the myriad dynamics of transformation as their change efforts unfold.
