The Mastering Change Leadership curriculum is designed specifically for change leaders. Participants graduate from this curriculum with not only a deep conceptual foundation in change leadership, but with the insights, tools, and skills to succeed in the real world of leading and consulting to transformational change.

The Mastering Change Leadership curriculum is case-based to maximize the return on investment participating organizations receive. This curricula turns leaders into competent change leaders who can lead your organization’s transformation successfully. It delivers:

Self Mastery and Personal Growth

This curriculum assists leaders to deepen their self-awareness and self-knowledge to unleash their potential as a change leader. It expands their mindsets and awareness to embrace the worldview required to develop change strategies that work. It focuses on their emotional well-being, behavior patterns and leadership styles.

Interpersonal Skills and Relationship Competencies

This curriculum builds tremendous insight and skill about human dynamics, motivations, and needs. It dives deeply into the underlying factors of effective relationships and provides significant development of "people" skills, including communications, partnering, and resolving differences.

Team Leadership Skills

The curriculum develops leaders’ team leadership skills as a natural by-product of their deepened self-knowledge and relationship skills.

Change Strategy Development

Leaders get on-going support in designing effective change strategies for their live cases and needs.

Change Process Mastery

Leaders learn how to use the Change Process Model for Leading Conscious Transformation. This powerful navigation system enables them to build a change plan that attends to all of the organization and technical issues, as well as the human and cultural needs of the change effort. Leaders will also learn how to alter and improve their change strategy and plan as implementation occurs to ensure maximum business results.

Change Tools

Leaders will acquire an entire array of change application tools to support them through all of the activities and tasks of their change effort.

Real-Time Learning

Leaders will have ample opportunity to work on their live cases, and to have their peers and the curriculum leaders help them solve their real-time change effort challenges. This will deepen their learning as well as improve the results of their change efforts.

On-Going Support

The curriculum leaders will be available for on-going support throughout the program to ensure that leaders learn how to effectively deal with the myriad dynamics of transformation as their change efforts unfold.
